Vagin\u00e1ln\u00ed laktobacily d\u00e1le vyr\u00e1b\u011bj\u00ed <strong>peroxid vod\u00edku<\/strong>, kter\u00fd chr\u00e1n\u00ed jak p\u0159ed rozmno\u017een\u00edm anaerobn\u00edch \u201enep\u0159\u00e1telsk\u00fdch\u201c bakteri\u00ed, tak kvasinek (p\u016fvodci myk\u00f3z). Laktobacily si vytv\u00e1\u0159ej\u00ed na sv\u00e9 bun\u011b\u010dn\u00e9 st\u011bn\u011b <strong>bakteriociny<\/strong>, l\u00e1tky, kter\u00e9 brzd\u00ed r\u016fst jin\u00fdch bakteri\u00ed.<\/p>\n<h3 id=\"nadpis2\">Vagin\u00e1ln\u00ed laktobacily<\/h3>\n<p>Vagin\u00e1ln\u00ed laktobacily jsou laktobacily uzp\u016fsoben\u00e9 \u017eivotu ve vagin\u011b. Vynikaj\u00ed (krom\u011b tvorby kyseliny ml\u00e9\u010dn\u00e9, peroxidu vod\u00edku a bakteriocin\u016f) schopnost\u00ed <strong>adherovat<\/strong> (\u201ep\u0159ilepit se\u201c) k\u00a0povrchu pochvy a t\u00edm znemo\u017enit adhezi jin\u00fdch bakteri\u00ed. V\u0161ude na sv\u011bt\u011b dominuj\u00ed podkmeny \u010dty\u0159 z\u00e1kladn\u00edch kmen\u016f: L. crispatus, L. gasseri, L. jensenii a L. iners \u2013 proti t\u011bmto specialist\u016fm nemaj\u00ed \u017e\u00e1dn\u00ed st\u0159evn\u00ed nebo potravn\u00ed (jogurt, apod) laktobacilov\u00e9 \u017e\u00e1dnou \u0161anci.<\/p>\n<h3 id=\"nadpis3\">Vagin\u00e1ln\u00ed infekce<\/h3>\n<p>se obvykle vyzna\u010duj\u00ed <strong>neobvykl\u00fdm v\u00fdtokem<\/strong> (=fluor), <strong>sv\u011bd\u011bn\u00edm nebo p\u00e1len\u00edm<\/strong>, zarudnut\u00edm a n\u011bkdy bolestivou soulo\u017e\u00ed. Dv\u011b jasn\u011b nej\u010dast\u011bj\u0161\u00ed jsou <strong>bakteri\u00e1ln\u00ed vagin\u00f3za<\/strong> (vynik\u00e1 \u201eryb\u00edm\u201c z\u00e1pachem) a <strong>kvasinkov\u00e1 myk\u00f3za<\/strong> (vynik\u00e1 siln\u00fdm sv\u011bd\u011bn\u00edm a tvarohovit\u00fdm v\u00fdtokem).
